Ah, "independence day". It truly doesn't have to be a certain way just because it was that certain way before. We can adapt and we can invite and accept new ways in life. If we care, and we should, we would seek to improve.
This is the comment I made on facebook tonight:
'I HATE these explosions. I always wanted to find out how animals are getting lost. Every year I ask people on social media to be with their dogs. I guess many leave the dogs in their yards and that's irresponsible...but your dog broke a window. I'm impressed in a very sad manner. They get so terrified. I argue with morons online who defend their "right to celebrate", as they don't comprehend the repercussions of this mess for ALL SORTS of animals; even bugs are affected. Bees, for instance. Birds who are sleeping on trees, they abandon nests, baby birds fall off, it's endless the amount of pain this mess causes and nobody stops this. I am so very sorry. How sad.'

On July 4th he got spooked by the fireworks that were going off all over our neighborhood (Coffey Park) and escaped our house by breaking through a window and has been missing ever since. We’ve reached out to all of the shelters, and VCAs in the area. He is chipped.
Yesterday we learned of an accident on 101S near the River Rd exit involving a tan pit mix dog that matches the description of our Leo. We hope everyone involved in that accident is unharmed. We are trying to reach animal control services to have them scan the dog involved in the accident, but they have been closed and won’t open until tomorrow. We are asking for help in reaching out to Sonoma County Animal Services.
If anybody knows someone who works there and can reach out, we would be eternally grateful. This has been such a devastating event for our family. As far as we know, Leo’s chip hasn’t been scanned anywhere yet, which is giving us some hope that he wasn’t involved in that accident. All of the shelters remain closed today and will reopen tomorrow. We plan to keep trying to reach them. Please share the flyer if you can. Thank you"

This is me again. Because I have more to say.
I hate it. I hate it. Just today I had to reply to RUDE men-children on youtube who were defending this crap. I'm so sick of it. This world is so dis-sensitized and narcissistic now. I often remind myself now that Bill Gates has a very good point in all the many genocidal methods he funds. There are too many of us.
Look at that little boy. His little heart is broken. The dog, if not dead, is out there heartbroken and in panic mode, can't find his home. Because of your "rights" to explode and pollute. All the heat wave you complain about? guess what, this pollution makes it exponentially worse - all you "cLIEmate" morons.
Besides all of the bad consequences of this (which I could write a book about by gathering sad stories shared online), people have no clue how many harmful chemicals are used to produce those explosives. Look it up (if you are able to research, that is...as so many can't anymore and all they can do is ask the robots). So all the people standing out underneath, breathing that, taking their kids to be fumigated, all of you completely unaware of what you are doing, you are the very definition of a NPC. Criminals are running amok because of your kind.
Celebrating "independence" while destroying families (human + animals, and animals), eating the worst junk foods possible - the infamous hot dog, one of the grossest things one can eat. But who cares? chuck down alcohol and it's all good.
Anyone commenting here on this post in opposition to my feelings will be blocked. I am not seeking argument. I'm aware of what happens and I care deeply. You (morons) aren't, and you don't care. You are just childish and selfish af. Humanoid Ignoramus is your genus I mean species.
To anyone else reading this, this blog is about art but I am not just an artist, I am a human being who is exhausted from all the BS I have to live with and observe in the world. The internet has made everything known and I know too much. This month has already been horrific when it comes to news I didn't even want to know, and I avoid it at almost all costs, but them I go on Facebook and it is all blasted upon my face. I am promising myself that I will be deleting my facebook accounts, particularly the personal profiles. What keeps me from doing that are the comments from friends that aren't even alive anymore. I may not delete but I need to stop visiting.
Anyway, it's Mercury Retrograde and I need to let this out. I'm so sick of this one bullshit that happens twice every year.
